Crossroads
Operation First Response
Walk for the Wounded, 6/14/2009

This was Crossroad's 3rd event with Operation First Response (OFR).  I'd like to thank Nick Constantino of OFR, the
organizer of the Walk for Wounded event.  With a compressed schedule we didn't get a heck of alot of playing time in
before they had to take the stage down (the stage guys actually told us to stop so they could break down).  But we
did have alot of fun, and met some new friends along the way.  It was great meeting and playing with Vicki, Sean and
Dan.  It was also good to see some familiar OFR faces I had not seen in almost a year: Heather, Peggy and Beverly.

Thanks for everyone who came out in support of this event.  Through this event alone over $130,000.00 was raised!
Sadly it doesn't last long, so much more needs to be done.  If you're interested in learning more about OFR, or even
donating your time or money, visit their website at http://www.OperationFirstResponse.org.

Hopefully we'll get the call to particiapte in more events with this great organization.  Here's some cool pictures sent
to me from the guys.  If anyone has other pictures, send them along.

Okay, now he's gone too far with the hair. Enough already!

Nice group shot. This was a pretty cool stage, too.

Here's Sean singing with Chris providing backing chords. Sean has very warm Randy Travis kind of voice. I think this was 'Red Neck Town', a cool country tune song Sean wrote about growing up in a small town. Sean's story is incredible. Ask me about it.

Sean tells stories as well as he sings.

Here's Vicki singing with the band. What a voice!! Very easy on the eyes as well.

Here are the 76ers Dancers, running away from us and laughing. No ladies, the Chris Kissing both is this way!

Dan's got a great voice, too.

Sean, Vicki and Dan perform Jamey Jackson's 'In Color' together. Wow, you can tell they've sung this together before.

Here's Vicki singing Play That Funky Music.
